How much is it?

It is free to attend all events!

What if I have never played before?

Whether you are an allstar or have never picked up a disc we will work with you to make sure your experience is positive.

Is it dangerous?

Ultimate frisbee is a non contact sport but there is still risk for a sports induced injury. 

What do I need for practice?

Make sure to bring water and wear gym shoes or cleats.
